Hi r/watchexchange! Up for sale today is my venerable PAM 005 (reference PAM0005). Along with the PAM 111, this is arguably the other quintessential Panerai. It's got the 44mm “Bettarini" case, named after Alessandro Bettarini -- head of Panerai’s mechanical design department in the nineties -- with shorter lugs, a downward sloping bezel, and a flatter crystal. It's got the iconic “OP” logo on the dial and case back (quick story on that [here](https://www.paneraicentral.com/the-history-of-the-officine-panerai-logo/)). And it's got the charming and historically loved slow beating OP II pocket watch-derived movement that fills the whole case and provides ample power reserve. This model was produced from 2004 to 2017. My watch is a 2014 example.
