This model features a silver dial with applied markers. The original and untouched factory dial shows light patina. ​ The unique C-shape case is nice and unpolished, still reflecting the brushed surface finish with some minor wear on the caseback. ​ The original signed crown clicks in and out smoothly and has excellent winding action. ​ The watch is powered by the legendary Calibre 89. Developed by IWC Technical Director Albert Pellaton, the famed manual winding movement was utilised over the course of 3 decades by the Schaffhausen brand and powered some of the most iconic IWC pieces, including the Mark XI pilots watch.
