Considered an extremely rare “grail” timepiece among seasoned collectors, this particular timepiece is currently the only one available worldwide. The domed day/night display definitely is an eye-catcher. The stars on the night side even glow in the dark thanks to their Super-LumiNova coating; a feature that is not just for romantics! This model of the Flying Reguator Night and Day is limited to 50 timepieces and features a hand-guilloched dial. This rare and unique timepiece features a stainless-steel case with a screw-down exhibition case back with satin finish and sapphire crystal. The finish is partly polished and partly with vertical satin finish and houses an onion crown. The polished screw-down bezel features full thread and side knurling with a curved, non-reflecting sapphire crystal.   The C.296 movement has 31 jewels and a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. The movement’s finish is rhodium plated with spiral offsets, circular-grained bridges, and thermally blued or polished screws. The rotor is skeletonized and orange-colored, with Côtes de Genève and ball bearing. The dial is elaborately constructed on two levels: bottom level hand-guilloched and galvanic blue, with a 3-D day/night display and skeletonized small seconds; upper level featuring funnel-like constructions for hours and seconds display. This magnificent timepiece comes as a complete set with all papers and OEM double box. NOTE: The original box was damaged in transit and a new OEM double box has been procured.
