Copy/paste of my description of this watch from a previous post of mine (for people who are curious about the watch): There are a [few](https://omegaforums.net/threads/vintage-zenith-defy-surf-reference-01-1370-380-caliber-2572pc-amazing-condition.39700/) [different](https://www.catawiki.com/en/l/18706567-zenith-defy-surf-01-1290-125-unisex-1970-1979) [variants](https://www.watchuseek.com/threads/mid-seventies-defy-twins-01-0020-380-versus-01-1370-380.1036865/) (not limited to these), but I went on the hunt for this particular reference, the 02.0360.380, because I like how the black color of the dial contrasts with the applied polished dial furniture and hands and how the cushion shape of the dial fills out the tonneau shape of the case better than the round dials similar to the ones on the PRX. The watch contains an in-house 2572PC automatic movement that was pretty advanced for its day. It does not hack, but has a bi-directional quickset date, power reserve of 46 hours (when new), and beats at 28800 bph. These specs are not anything special now, but most of the contemporary movements at the time were beating at 21600 bph or lower and had PRs topping out at around 38 hours. This "hi-beat" rate helped the movement earn a reputation for being very accurate. The crown is also screw down, and interestingly, the first position on the crown is the time-setting position, whilst the second (outermost) position is the date-setting position. Condition is really good for its age. Obviously wear is visible throughout, but no major dents or scratches. The crystal is in great shape, the dial has 2 flaws that I can see- one is a very light discoloration by the 5 o clock marker (it just looks not as black there) and another is a light sort of squiggle (sort of like a cobweb) underneath the H in the zenith. i will try my best to get some macros of them. The crown has issues with screwing down; it is slightly difficult to initially catch the threads and when you do it only screws in about a quarter turn; this is a pretty common problem for these watches.
