It comes with a new aftermarket strap (120/70mm) with an OEM Longines buckle, as pictured. It ships in a quality aftermarket, snap-in single leather watch roll. There is no box or paper. The watch is in what I will describe as Good condition, with very light scratches on the case, bezel, lugs, and case back, which are more noticeable under magnification. (please see pictures).
