Beware of Chrono 24’s biased dispute resolution process! I sold a Tudor watch on their platform, and despite USPS confirming delivery on June 21st, 2024, the buyer filed a false claim. After weeks of providing evidence and countering the buyer’s lies, Chrono 24 accepted my proof of delivery but still sided with the buyer. When the buyer initiated a chargeback, Chrono 24 promised to fight it USING MY evidence but warned me that if they lost, I’d lose the payment, but if they won they would then release full payment to me. I was fine with that. However, they misinterpreted a USPS email that was sent to the buyer apologizing that they couldn’t find that package after delivering it and decided to refund the buyer if they won the chargeback. I have a recorded conversation with USPS confirming that the email was misinterpreted and that the package was delivered correctly, the only reason they couldn’t find it was due to theft or negligence of the buyer not because they delivered it incorrectly or lost it. I was also told any claim or appeal with usps would be denied due to proof of delivery. Despite this, Chrono 24 refuses to release the payment. Sellers, beware! Chrono 24’s dispute process is flawed, and they’ll leave you with no recourse even when you provide clear evidence of delivery. Avoid using their services unless you want to risk losing your hard-earned money.
