IB02 Hand made IWC black little horn crocodile watch strap, 18x16mm, 85x140mm, havy padded 6.0~2.2mm, black stitch.

The heavy padded leather strap is a very difficult leather product.
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded leather straps were made of some paper board pad.

But our hand made padded croco strap was made of genuine leather board pad in the middle layer of it.
We pare the calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the croco strap.

After that we sew together with the upper croco skin,the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our padded crocodile custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.

IB05 IWC Big Ingenieur black leather watch strap, 19(28)x18mm, 75x115mm, thick 5.5mm taper to 4.0mm, black stitch.

The IWC Ingenieur custom leather strap is one of the most difficult hand made leather watch strap.
The IWC Ingenieur has the particular structure at watch lugs. There are a pair of particular metal inserts at the lug ends of the IWC Ingenieur strap.
And I need the particular metal inserts of the IWC Ingenieur old strap to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap. Either an IWC Ingenieur OEM old leather strap or an old kelvar type strap will be OK.
I have to pare the calf leather to be a proper thick, and package the metal inserts with the calf leather to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap.
After that we sew together with the upper side cow leather,the middle metal insert layer and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our IWC Ingenieur leather strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.

Please notice that this IWC Big INGENIEUR custom leather strap service is limited only for sending me the IWC Big INGENIEUR old strap to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap.
Either an old OEM leather strap or a kelvar type strap would be fine for producing the new custom strap.

I'm George Lan, my family have been working at hand made leather crafts since 1983 in Taiwan.
We are glad to exhibit our handmade leather straps here.

We do our best at hand made leather crafts and we are used to make our leather craft to be an exquisite artwork.
The leather watchband is one of our favorite leather craft.

All of my leather straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of European cowskins (include the middle calf pad and the reverse side calf lining ), dyed & burnished edges or rough edges, and hand stitched with waxed natural linen thread.
The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread.
The same producing process of the crocodile strap is that the crocodile skin was instead of the cow leather to make a crocodile strap.

The floating keepers of my custom straps were sewn very nice to avoid falling off.
The custom strap has a soft and durable British calfskin lining. It will be perfectly soft and durable, and will hardly break from the strap holes.

Our handmade watch straps are currently custom made in a single piece according to the custom strap order. You are welcome to search with cheergiant straps.
