Up for sale is a classic Seiko diver with a deep green dial, the limited edition Seiko Prospex SBDX043/SLA047. This model marks the 140th anniversary of Seiko as a company, with 3,000 examples made for the global market. It adds a dynamic and deep green dial to the Prospex era Marinemaster 300. The watch comes in at 44mm wide with a lug to lug of 50mm, and a thickness of 15.4mm. Out of all the larger watches I've had, this is the one that's worn the best, with the dial being smaller than that of many 40-42mm watches, it really appears smaller than the watch really is on the wrist. The watch is powered by the 8L35 movement, which is a Grand Seiko 9S55 without perlage finish on the main plate and with a more basic level of regulation. The movement is made and assembled in the same place as Grand Seiko mechanical movements, the Shizukuishi Studio. The movement runs perfectly and there are no issues to report in any way. The watch is in great condition overall, with some light scratches/hairlines on the left side on the lower lug, and light scratches/hairlines on the bracelet. The watch comes with the original green Seiko rubber strap, an Uncle Straps waffle strap, and a Crafter Blue strap that will fit a 7.5" wrist and can be cut smaller. Included as well is the original box, manual/warranty manual set, and hangtags. I'm looking to get $1550 including shipping within the USA.
