Hi everyone, Today, I am looking to sell my new 40mm Hanhart Tachytele automatic chronograph. I was on a wait list to get this watch from Watchbuys, and I have waited for quite some time; however, I am in the middle of a move and can't reasonably justify keeping it. Given that this new one comes with extras and a full warranty, you might as well save yourself a few hundred bucks and buy this from me! The watch is new, and has only been subject to a strap change. I put it on a new Staib Mesh bracelet with matching brushed finishing. I even taped the back of the lugs to keep the case devoid of even the faintest scratches. It also comes with the new factory leather strap, which features genuine rivets and a set of quick release spring bars, and a full leather travel case instead of the more conventional box. Hanhart is a Swiss-German watch company that was established by Johann A. Hanhart in Diessenhofen, Switzerland, in 1882. Today, it makes chronographs and stopwatches.

On 1 July 1882, the Swiss watchmaker Johann A. Hanhart opened a watch shop in Diessenhofen, in north-eastern Switzerland. In 1902, he relocated his business to Schwenningen, southern Germany.[1] In 1924, Hanhart launched its first stopwatch, and a short time later, the product range was extended to include pocket watches and wristwatches. From 1932 onwards, following the death of his father, Wilhelm Julius Hanhart concentrated on manufacturing raw movements. In 1938, the first single-button chronograph with the "Calibre 40" entered series production, pilot’s chronographs followed in 1939. In the following years, Hanhart concentrated on the production of time measuring instruments.

Today, Hanhart produces its instrument watches and stopwatches in its workshops in Gütenbach, southern Germany. The registered offices of the brand are in Diessenhofen, Switzerland.
