The lugs are nice and strong, with excellent definition at the edges and chamfers still present. The polished top portion of the bezel remains crisp at the edges with a few tiny scuffs, hairlines, and micro nicks. The caseback shows numerous hairlines and a couple tiny scratches, but the finishing is preserved. The model and serial number engravings remain sharp and deep. **Dial, Hands, & Crystal:** The matte black dial and polished paddle hands are in fantastic condition with no notable imperfections and fully intact tritium. The tritium hands have aged to a lighter color than the dial markers. Both exhibit no lasting glow when exposed to UV light. The sapphire crystal is squeaky clean and scratch-free. **Bracelet/Strap:** All three IWC straps are in great condition with very little wear. The IWC-signed tang buckle has a couple hairlines and tiny scuffs, but no major blemishes. The brand engraving remains crisp and detailed. **Functions & Timing:** The watch has been measured with a timegrapher at six different positions. While resting face up, the rate is +4s/d. All functions including the crown winding, time setting, quickset day and date, and chronograph start/stop/reset are working as expected.
