Seiko Cronos Seikosha 14004 circa 1959 In the late 1950s, the Daini-Seikosha Kameido factory produced these thin timepieces. This one appears to be a rose gold plated variation with aftermarket neon acrylic crystal giving the watch a “Milgauss” vibe.
