Hi OF

Putting upp for sale this lovely 1:st generation Geneve Dynamic with very attractive blue dial and orange sweep seconds hand. This is one of the funkiest Omega lines designed especially for the purpose to fit perfectly human wrist.

It is my only Dynamic and it's not getting a lot wrist time so I have decided to let it go.
Overall in a very nice, honest condition with the right attributes to draw attention on the wrist this summer.

All parts except the strap (buckle original) are original and match this reference.

Serviced about 2,5 years ago by my watchmaker. Comes on light brown aftermarket leather strap.

Movement: Cal 565 nice and clean. Movement nr 2693xxxxx dating this watch to 1968

Crystal: Original, signed
Size: 41x36 mm large
Case: Steel in a very nice condition with very sharp edges. Screw style case back.

Dial: Original blue matte dial in superb condition
Hands: Original with with orange seconds hand.
Crown: Original, signed
Strap: New, brown leather, aftermarket
Function: Keeping time and winds smoothly.

Founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1848 by 23-year-old Louis Brandt who assembled key-wound precision pocket watches from parts supplied by local craftsmen. He travelled throughout Europe selling his watches from Italy to Scandinavia by way of England, his chief market. After Louis Brandt's death in 1879, his two sons Louis-Paul and Cesar, troubled by irregular deliveries of questionable quality, abandoned the unsatisfactory assembly workshop system in favour of in-house manufacturing and total production control. Due to the greater supply of manpower, communications and energy in Bienne, the enterprise moved into a small factory in January 1880, then bought the entire building in December. Two years later the company moved into a converted spinning-factory in the Gurzelen district of Bienne, where headquarters are still situated today. Their first series-produced calibres, Labrador and Gurzelen, as well as, the famous Omega calibre of 1894, would ensure the brand's marketing success.
