Comes with the full 3-piece rubber strap kit and metal case. Amazing watch-- maintains +2-3 seconds/day on wrist. The 14mm thickness wears a lot better than I expected, since the bezel accounts for much of the measurement. The conservative 48mm lug-to-lug also keeps it very concise on most wrists.
