I did upgrade the leather band to a better one (Switched colors from brown to black on the band too). With how it is, It should go for AT LEAST 360 dollars. No known defects regarding the mechanism. These watches were extremely dear to me and were memorable gifts but I am letting them go as I am in need of some money
