For sale is a very nice, one owner Heuer Carrera 510.511 Automatic chronograph watch. This was purchased new by my neighbour in the 1980’s and used by him through much of his military career which included serving with the Paras and the Gurkhas, he was mentioned in despatches, awarded an OBE and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
From my research it appears in very original condition, has not been polished and retains its original black pvd coating. There is some light wear and marks from use but no major damage. There is what appears to be a small crack in the hesalite crystal at the 7 o’clock area as well as other marks to the crystal. Currently all functions are working and it keeps excellent time, however last service is unknown.
