Up for sale today is a vintage “Devil Diver” watch, named for its original 666-foot water resistance. Asking $550. This watch has definite Rolex Explorer vibes, down to its 36mm diameter. It’s in honest vintage condition, with some blemishes captured in the photos and some fading in the bezel, which is common for this model of watch. However, the dial is in great shape and the plexiglass crystal has no marks. The watch was serviced in March, 2023 and the watchmaker regulated it very well. I’ve attached a photo I took today of it running +1spd on the timegrapher, but in my experience around +5 has been more typical. The watch is hand-wound, and winds, starts, and runs smoothly. It will come with the pictured brown horween leather strap, which is well broken-in, but IMO fits the watch very well.
