Omega Aqua Terra 2503.33 $2100 (obo) Background: Lovely Omega Aqua Terra from the early 2000’s. This AT is a knowingly versatile, everyday watch in stainless steel. Bought it on a reputable website that only sells completely original modern timepieces. It was purchased in November of 2022. Enjoyed it on the wrist but I’m leaning to smaller pieces, like everyone. Before putting it up for sale, today, I had the Omega AT overhauled/serviced in August 2023. I can provide a photo (photo #13) of the service receipt with date of service. The service was performed by an Omega specialist as well as a co-axial specialist. The movement is the automatic cal 2500. I believe it was Omega’s first co-axial movement. Performance: The Omega AT is running at a consistent +/-7 seconds a day depending on position. The bracelet clasp functions well and as intended. The screw-down crown operates quite smooth setting the time and date. Power reserve is 48 hours. And as stated above, was serviced in August of 2023. Condition: The overall condition is Very Good. Cosmetically it is very solid. Obviously light wear everywhere you’d expect for a watch being worn and loved for almost 20 years. It looks so much better in person than the photos. I took some photos in the sun which magnifies every bit of wear. The photos indoors better represent its condition. The case/bezel looks that it’s been polished in the past. Only polish evidence, to my eye, is on the topside of the bottom left lug (photo #14). Also there are tiny, tiny [expected] marks from strap changes over the years on the underside of a lug or two. Other than that, there are no obvious visible issues on the case/bezel. The white dial is in very good condition. There is the smallest of mark underneath the “m” in Seamaster on the dial. I’ve never noticed it until a friend pointed it out to me. You almost need to use a magnifying glass, in person, to recognize the spot. I had to widen my iPhone photo to even see it. I will provide a “zoom”photo (photo #15) in the listing. Also in the same photo, the date wheel for the 12th shows a tiny black spot just below the “2”. It could be a speck of dust, but still needed a mention. The 12th seems to be the only date numeral not to be pristine. The crystals, front(sapphire) and back, are in great condition. No scratches or marks of which to speak. The hands are perfect and they are indeed BLUE. The original bracelet/clasp are pretty close to perfect, yet from years and years of sizing, there are tiny tool marks hardly visible from link removal. The Omega AT bracelet links are held in place by friction pins, so you get it. No condition issues with the clasp. The crown performs well and is in fine condition. The box has seen better days, yet it’s completely in one piece and useful. Size: The Omega AT 2503.33 is 39mm and wears beautifully. The Omega bracelet comfortably fits a 7.25 wrist. No extra links, sorry. The lugs are 20mm, not 19mm as with current AT’s, so the strap options are plentiful. I think that’s it! Ask me any questions via chat or PM and I will answer ASAP.
