This Damasko DS30 features a blue second hand and date, which really adds a great color note to the otherwise no-nonsense but appealingly minimalist German styling. I’m offering both the excellent (and kind of hard to get without a loooong wait) submarine steel bracelet designed and made by Damasko, as well as the Hirsch Robby black rubber strap with blue side stitching and backing. This Robby strap is made by Hirsch for Damasko, with the inclusion of a signed “D” logo submarine steel buckle. The submarine steel case and bracelet are VERY tough and scratch resistant. I bought this Damasko DS30 from Watchmann (excellent AD!) in August 2023 and have worn it in rotation regularly, including office and geologic fieldwork. After six months, I honestly can’t see any signs of wear on the watch case or bracelet. The AR-coated (inner and outer) sapphire crystal looks pristine to me, as well. The Damasko bracelet was sized to my 7.25” wrist, with extra links and Damasko tool for Allen links on the bracelet. This Damasko DS30 keeps excellent time….runs about +2 spd on the wrist.
