Good evening, WatchEx! Third of the night: the Christopher Ward C1 Moonglow. **Edit: [Lume Shot](https://imgur.com/a/9ZFTQlR)** I know, weird that I'd have a Christopher Ward listed. Truly a rare moment. It's said that every time I sing CW's praises, an Invicta gets its wings. Ha ha. Anyway. When I say Christopher Ward is the best value in the biz, it's watches like this that give me absolutell confidence in that claim. The fit/finish is incredible as always, but they did something truly unique for their segment with this Moonphase - and they did it with an in-house module for a true 29.5 day moonphase cycle. I'm realizing as I'm writing this out that I'm a moron and didn't include a lume shot - but one of the many excellent party tricks this watch has, is the bright lume on both moons (and really everything else that's white ok the dial.) I'm addition to the moonphase, the date wheel is a rotating red marker that sits just below a cutout that goes around the entire dial. This, along with the red-tipped seconds hand offer a nice, classy contrast on the otherwise monochromatic dial. The case is every bit as nicely done as the photos show - smooth brushed strokes on the side, and just enough high-polish to catch some light during your nightly viewing of your own personal moon(s). This model was the "1.1" version with the update twin-flag logo at 6 replacing the infamous "Christopher Ward" mark at 9. The shell cordovan strap is exceptional as well - and their very own Bader clasp keeps this leather comfortable on just about any wrist. *For those sick of CW's rebranding - the flag logo is here to stay, and their plans for building their brand are centered around strictly using that "swish" flag as their identifier. Huzzah for consistency!* Quick Specs: - Reference: C1 Moonglow - Stainless Steel Case - 40.5mm Case - 20mm Lug Width - 13.3mm Thin (including crystal) - 48.5mm Lug to Lug - 3 ATM/30m Water Resistance - Double-Domed Sapphire Crystal - Movement: JJ04 (ETA 2836 Base, In-House Moonphase Module) - Complete - Excellent/near-mint condition, no flaws to be seen.
