For sale is my Grand Seiko SBGN003 featuring the 9f quartz movement.
The watch was originally sold in the Netherlands in 2019 and I purchased the watch preowned in early 2021. I just had the battery changed and new gaskets installed at Grand Seiko so it is safe to take into the water and the battery is good for at least another two years.
Sale includes the original interior and exterior boxes, hang tag, instruction manual, original warranty booklet and paperwork from the recent battery change service. Bracelet is sized for my 7 inch wrist and includes 2 extra half links and 1 extra whole link (a couple of collars are missing for extra links).
Accuracy is nearly perfect as you would expect. The watch was not a safe queen - it was worn often and shows plenty of wear and scratches, please examine photos carefully. That being said, the watch still presents beautifully on the wrist and the dial markers and hands still shine like only a GS can. This is not for someone who wants a pristine version of this now discontinued classic, but it is a great option for someone who wants one of these that they can wear hard, travel with, swim with etc. w/o guilt. Of course you could always have it polished up but I believe it would need to go back to Japan to restore the zaratsu finish. I'm open to reasonable offers. Thanks.
