[WTS] 1940's Delbana Military-Style Chronograph- Superb Condition!
Timestapm: [https://imgur.com/a/N1ZKycp](https://imgur.com/a/N1ZKycp) Today I'm selling a pristine 1940s Delbana military-style chronograph. This is in the best condition of any I've seen. The dial is immaculate and bears up under examination under a loupe. I believe the dial to be completely original based on the regularity of the printing, comparison to other Delbana dials of the period, and lack of telltale refinishing signs (wobbly printing, too much/too little ink in different places, missing serifs and other small original text features). The lume is has likely been reapplied and is the original green color. The handset is all original and completely free of tarnish or corrosion; bright blued steel with a red painted second hand. The case is plated and bears some scratches, but the edges are still sharp and distinct. The lugs have sharp cutaway bevels that gives the watch a svelte attractive appearance. The chronograph functions correctly and resets to 12:00 every time. The minute counter hand is at about 12:01 on the subdial, and counts and resets perfectly. I do not have a service record for this watch, but the Landeron 48 hand-wound movement itself is visually flawless and is running like a modern watch on my timegrapher at +1 spd with excellent amplitude, indicated a recent service was probably performed. See included pics. Do note that I cannot offer any guarantee, as I have not done the work on it myself. I'm asking $575 TYD for this vintage gem. I don't think you'll find another vintage chronograph that is this sound mechanically and near-flawless aesthetically for anywhere near this price. I'm picky about trades but will listen to your trade offers.
