The Piaget Altiplano reference 902 is elegant at 31.5MM and ultra thin at approximately 4MM, it wears beautifully, bigger than the numbers suggest, like a 33MM Patek Calatrava. Of course given the nature of 18k gold and the thin design the case has wear throughout. Mostly some nicks on the side and back, but nothing that distracts from the beauty on the wrist.
