Here is my much loved vintage Omega Speedmaster 145.022-69 with correct DON bezel . Case has been polished in the past, but I believe the dial and hands to be all original (as was told to me by the dealer many years ago). Lume on the dial and hands certainly look to match and have a pleasing cream patina. I have never had it serviced but it is still running well. I haven't been wearing it steadily for years. I had a pusher replaced at some point. Unsure if crown is original or not, but it's the one I got when I purchased. Signed omega crystal. Chrono function works well. Comes with 1171/1 omega bracelet and 633 end links. There are 2 extra links. I'm selling to fund a 321 purchase. I love speedmasters and I'm sad to be speedmasterless for a while!
