Up for sale is a beautiful watch that doesn't get the wrist time it deserves in my collection, the Direnzo DZ-03 Eclipse, in the "blood moon" red variant. Sergio Direnzo is one of the best microbrand makers out there, and the DZ-03 is an awesomely designed and executed dive-style watch, with an Elabore-grade Swiss movement. You can see why it's called the Eclipse -- there's a central disc that lies above a fume watch face, giving the illusion of the moon shielding the sun while the corona burns around it. Everything is designed so well, like the date window, lollipop on the seconds hand and the broadarrow hour hand aligning exactly with the edge of the "moon". It met the business end of a doorway and shattered. Sergio sent me a replacement bezel insert, but I haven't gotten around to get it replaced. I will include it with the sale. Other than that, the watch is in very good shape. No marks on the crystal; typical desk diving marks on the bracelet, and no major marks on the case. I've not timed the watch closely, but when I was wearing it I didn't notice any deviation from spec. YMMV of course. Sale comes with box, papers, and OEM Nato-style strap as shown. Also included is a fairly worn, handmade leather strap, which I thing goes really well with this vintage-inspired diver. Note that, I believe this watch came in a watch roll, but I've used the watch roll a lot for travel, and I'd like to keep it. I'll pack the watch securely in the outer box.
