[WTS] Repost Reduced Omega Seamaster Professional 2254.50 with Planet Ocean Upgrades
Reposting with better pictures and a lower price. I am selling this rare Omega “Peter Blake” Seamaster Professional 2254.50. I have enjoyed it immensely for the past five years but have too many divers and need to make room. The 2254.50 is known for its supreme wear-ability with a case diameter of 41mm and height of 12mm. Album–[https://imgur.com/a/tzSJQpP](https://imgur.com/a/tzSJQpP) Timestamp–[https://imgur.com/rAIy3XE](https://imgur.com/rAIy3XE) The 1610/930 bracelet is sized for a 7.25” wrist and includes a half link which was purchased from exelonman on Watchuseek. The bracelet and case are unpolished, with sharp contrasts between brushed and polished sections. This example includes the triangular Planet Ocean seconds hand with orange tip. The orange seconds hand matches the shape of the hour and minute sword hands, with supreme compatibility. It is difficult to unsee this perfect match when looking back at a lollipop second hand. This watch also has an upgraded black 2230.50 wave dial with applied indices and an applied Omega logo. This is in contrast to the white printed logo and index trim of the original dial. The mirrored finish on the indices and logo really shine and give the watch a formal, elevated appeal that distinguishes it immediately from other versions. The light catches the logo differently each time you look, sometimes disappearing completely which allows the watch to fly under many radars. The cal. 1120 movement is running strong and accurate. This is the only watch I’ve owned that recorded 0.0 spd accuracy, and it did it more than once! The most recent timing earlier this year was recorded at -1.6 spd, which is incredible. Five years ago the movement was inspected and adjusted, no service was recommended and it is still running extremely well. The orange tip is unfaded and bright, matching the hours and seconds hands. There are minor dings on the bezel insert, but hard to see as shown in photos. There are swirls on the bracelet and desk diving marks on the clasp. Light lug changing marks present, but nothing unusual. The lume is bright and even–I wish all my watches had this glow. The crown and back gaskets were replaced during service in 2019. My reduced asking price is $2,600 which includes Priority Mail shipping with signature required, and payment via PayPal. Upgraded shipping and PPGS fees at buyer’s expense. Ships day after payment received from Tampa. Only selling to US based buyers at this time. Thanks for your interest and happy to answer any questions!
