A forgotten and rare Seiko model, with an interesting movement. With black enamel dial and arabic numeral. One of few square shaped automatic watches by Seiko in the modern era. With 100m water resistance, this watch can play the role of a great daily office watch on the bracelet, and a dressy timepiece on a leather strap. **Sizing and Wearability:** Measuring at 35mm in case width and 43.5mm lug to lug (48mm with male end-links), this square / TV style case shape wears more like a 40mm round watch. With a thickness of only 11mm, it sits rather nicely on the wrist and the accompanying metal bracelet allows for good weight distribution. The 20mm lug width allows for endless strap options, which given the elegant looks, it can definitely work as a dress watch with the right leather strap. **Movement:** The watch housed the then all new thin automatic caliber 4L25, which was a joint project with Soprod. An interesting developmental story as Soprod wanted a drop in replacement for the ETA 2892, and thus Seiko created the 4L25. **Condition: ** The watch is in very good cosmetic condition.
