Hi again folks!  I am very excited to be able to offer for sale one of the best neo-vintage GMT II references: the 16710 GMT Master II !  This F-Serial example is from 2005 and was purchased from Watch Affinity, a very reputable San Antonio based watch dealer just 2.5 months ago. Originally spec’d as a 16710LN (black bezel), it has had a pepsi bezel insert professionally installed at some point in the past -  the watch will come with the minty black bezel insert as well. This watch has been very carefully worn and enjoyed but is being sold to free up funds for a current model GMT! Condition wise this example is near mint. In fact, it has had protective stickers applied to the sides of the case, top of the lugs and to the bracelet clasp – I almost didn’t notice them until I really gave it a close up inspection.  There are no major dings or nicks on the case, bracelet or crystal bezel inserts.  There may be some light hairlines or swirlies in the polished sides of the case underneath the protective stickers, but the only slight signs of wear that I can see on the case look to likely be on the stickers themselves. The bracelet is in beautiful condition with only very faint minor signs of wear and minimal stretch as can be seen in the pictures. The bracelet has enough links to fit roughly a 7” wrist.  The clasp is minty with protective stickers applied. There are some light marks on the caseback but overall the case has nice crisp lines and is a beautiful example. Recent service history is unknown however the watch is running nearly perfectly at 0.0/day dial up with some light handwinds. The hour hand clicks nicely and the day switches over crisply. The watch does come with RSC service paperwork from 11/17/2014. The watch will come with an awesome kit – Outer box, inner box, installed pepsi and uninstalled black bezel insert (both minty), Rolex Service Center service card (11/17/2014), hologram hangtag, green hangtag (all three with matching serials), Rolex Factory Service booklet, warranty booklet and original serialized and punched Chronometer Certificate with original purchase location (SKM Duty Free) and date of February 11, 2005. It’s a truly awesome collector’s set.
