Hello again! I am very excited to offer up an extremely rare, near flawless condition vintage Seiko 7548-700A in the rare “SQ Dial” variant from January 1986. These are notorious for being dead nuts reliable and very capable watches even among modern watch standards. This example has the additional value of having been sold by and had a fully documented tear down service and quartz regulation by Tempo Prima!

This watch is easily the nicest example of a 7548 that I’ve ever come across. The case is flawless and does not appear to have been polished – all of the lines are super crisp. The bracelet is in incredible condition, I can’t find any significant marks on it at all. The watch functions as you expect it would having been fully serviced, I can provide pictures of the service process for the future buyer! The only thing to note is that the printing on the OEM date wheel was slightly off from the factory, so the number aligns just a hair toward the bottom of the date window. This was documented and pointed out by David at Tempo Prima, which is barely noticeable and imo makes it even more unique.

The watch will come as “watch only” on its SQ bracelet and in a protective case from Tempo Prima. The bracelet is currently sized for about a 6.75” wrist and t will also include two extra links which should give it up to about a 7.5” wearability.

This is a very rare variant and there don’t seem to be any other comps on the market other than when this sold from Tempo Prima.
