For sale is an SBGY025 "Hikari" Thailand Limited Edition, 1 of an unnumbered edition of 100.

This was announced in August of 2022, I took delivery of the watch in May of 2023 in Bangkok.

I have worn it sparingly since then, about 1-2x a month at most. Still in very good condition although one small scratch on the crown side flank that you can see in one of the photos.

Comes as a full set including the inner and outer box, two warranty cards, several instruction manuals, two hang tags, original strap (unworn), etc. etc.

I love Grand Seiko and Thailand and this watch but I recently bought another handwound spring drive watch that I want to hold onto instead. Also, in general, need to consolidate my collection for 2025.

This has the same specs as the Omiwatari SBGY007 but with a limited edition soft yellow dial, so I put the specs for the Omiwatari (from the GS website) below. This dial pattern is quite rare among GS watches, I think it has only been used a few times in other colors (two quartz GMTs for Isetan SBGN017 and SBGN025, and SBGY015 which came out around the same time as the watch I bought).

Asking 8500USD shipped, payment by Wise, Zelle, or Bank Transfer (US Bank Account) preferred. I will ship using standard air mail from Taiwan to the USA (other countries possible) using third party insurance. The watch should take about 7-10 business days to arrive. I prefer this method because it's inexpensive for me, reliable, and also we don't have to deal with customs declarations and potential taxes levied.
