Powered by Seiko’s 5M45 kinetic movement, the Stingray converts wrist motion into stored energy, offering the convenience of quartz accuracy with the feel of an automatic. This particular movement also includes a GMT complication, allowing for the tracking of a second time zone, an uncommon and valuable feature in Seiko’s kinetic lineup of the time. What truly sets the SBCW003 apart is its monocoque (one-piece) titanium case. Lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant, this case design eliminates the need for a removable caseback, contributing to its impressive 200m water resistance. On the reverse, you’ll find the watch’s namesake, a striking stingray engraving that’s become iconic among collectors. Other key details include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a titanium bracelet with a robust diver’s clasp and extension, and a power reserve of up to 7 days on a full charge. The watch is in excellent condition with only a few hairline scratches mostly on the caseback, the crystal is flawless and free of scratches, the case and case back are still in great shape. The watch has been serviced so it will keep great time. Watch comes on OEM bracelet that fits up to 19cm (7.5 inches) and in great shape. Although it doesn’t come with original box and paper, a standard watch box will be provided upon purchase.
