The movement, dial and hands originally came from a pocket watch and are fitted into a wristwatch case. In this case, the beautiful movement, dial and hands are all original to each other, and came from the same pocket watch. Movement and dial are signed Henri Hoffman. The watch is running very smoothly and keeping time very well. I tracked the timing of the movement by running the watch for 3 days straight this week. After 72 hours, the watch was exactly 30 seconds slow from where it started, so it lost about 10 seconds a day for that time period. This is a "pin -set" movement, so you change time by turning the crown while the pin is pushed in. Very easy and comfortable to use. The watch features a flawless porcelain dial with no scratches, cracks, or damage of any kind. 12-hour dial with Roman numeral indices, and small seconds. The hands are original, and they are just gorgeous! Beautiful and unique decoration. 43mm all stainless steel case with exhibition-back. Total thickness is approximately 10mm. 20mm lugs, set on a new two-piece leather strap. The case and strap are both NEW and unworn. What a stunning piece!
