For sale* is this limited-edition (#57 of 200) mechanical moonphase watch from Mun Watches of Paris, France. The Orion, created to celebrate the Artemis Il moon-orbiting mission, features a laser-burned luminescent moon, housed in a 38mm brushed and polished case. This example, the Green Edition, "celebrates the European Space Agency's central role in the construction of the Orion spacecraft." Of special note is the fully-lumed, realistically-textured moon disk against a map of the sky around the constellation Orion. Notes Mun: "a femto laser, precise to the micron and at a frequency of 10-15 seconds, is used to dig and burn the material... with a relief perceptible to the naked eye." Hands and indexes feature Super Luminova. In addition, the applied indexes at 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11 overhanging the center disk. Purchased in 2025, the watch is as new and unworn. It is mounted on a soft, taupe-colored leather strap, and is enclosed in a custom presentation box which also includes all papers and cards, with note of the remainder of the two-year warranty.
