There's very little info on this model online, even omega's website is incorrect about the dimensions. They list it at 39.3mm and it's very much the same exact case as my 2254.50 which is 41mm. This has a beautiful white wave dial with applied indicies and it shows some nice lume patina for a 90s watch. The bezel insert, crowns, and intermediate links are 18k gold. This particular watch was inspected by Omega qc before leaving the factory. https://imgur.com/a/TJqop6D The serial number is also an enigma. There is no way to tell the year this watch was manufactured because Omega reused some serial number ranges from the 70s and 80s on special runs and there's no way this watch was made in 1985 (serial number is 4966xxxx) The best I've been able to locate is on some omega forums where people claim that this ref was a German market only release from the mid 90s. This watch comes with a handmade and patina'd strap made by me using Badalassi Carlo Minerva leather and measures 125x75, and a blue patina strap in Badalassi Carlo Pueblo 125x75. Both to accompany the beautiful bracelet. I will also consider making a brand new strap included in the sale for the buyer with their choice of any leather I have in stock.
