This is a rare and interesting Citizen vintage ana-digi quartz diver-style watch with a 8948 movement. It’s multifunction, with date, alarm, chime, timer, and chronograph functions, in addition to the tachymeter internal bezel and the dual purpose timer/compass bidirectional click less bezel. This example seems to be the less common black PVD coated version, although none of these are common watches. This was just imported from Japan. I don’t believe this model has a backlight, FYI. It shows some light wear to the PVD but it’s more in the character/patina side of things, rather than being beat up.
