Proof: https://i.imgur.com/1feizbl.jpg Howdy everyone! I have way too many pocket watches, well over 100 at this point. This means I need to focus my efforts on servicing the ones I'd like to keep and letting the others go. The watches I'm listing here have likely not been serviced since the 1980's, perhaps earlier. I'll do my best to provide a brief description for each watch, but I have not fully inspected them. If you are interested in watch repair as a hobby then some of these would make a fine first project. For watches that are running I have attached a video to the end of each album. If you have any questions, simply reference the # in the list and feel free to ask. 1. [L.L. Peddinghaus.](https://imgur.com/a/ACPizwF) Serial #519164. L.L. Peddinghaus opened a jewelry store in Marietta, Ohio in 1866 and operated it until 1918. This watch would have likely been purchased as a bare movement direct from Switzerland where Peddinghaus would have attached his own branded dial for sale in his store. The watch is missing the minute hand and has not been serviced in a very long time, but it looks like it wants to run. **$50** 2. [North Star 17 Jewel.](https://imgur.com/a/QJUUIjw) Movement made in France. **$50** 3. ~~[North Star 17 Jewel.](https://imgur.com/a/594N7Kt) Movement made in Switzerland. Small movement upscaled to a pocket watch case. **$50**~~ 4. [Rey 15 Jewel.](https://imgur.com/a/OuOYNhw) Swiss movement. Really interesting looking movement. **$50** 5. [Argentan.](https://imgur.com/a/654y9c3) Unmarked movement, but case is marked Argentan and thats what I normally see them advertised as. Hands are in pretty bad shape but they do rotate freely. **$50** 6. [Elgin Model 7, Grade 291 7 Jewel.](https://imgur.com/a/CvywpOF) Old workhorse from 1921. 16 Size. **$50** 7. [Elgin Model 5, Grade 73 7 Jewel.](https://imgur.com/a/VfGacZq) A big 18 Size tank from 1891. Broken balance staff. **$50** 8. ~~[Elgin Model 7, Grade 387 17 Jewel.](https://imgur.com/a/wGfqo2U) 16 size watch from 1940. Has a railroad style dial, but as far as I know these were not railroad grade. Seems to have decent amplitude and seems very clean inside. **$50**~~ 9. [Elgin Model 5, Grade 546 15 Jewel.](https://imgur.com/a/CvNTtQk) 10 size pocket watch with a dressy look, made in 1950. Cracked crystal, although I probably have a spare around here somewhere for a little extra. **$50** 10. [Elgin Model 2, Grade 289 7 Jewel.](https://imgur.com/a/IGKpuaR) 6 size hunter case. Made sometime around 1908 and wears a service tag indicating it had some repairs done in 1984. Movement runs with some help, the oil has likely gotten dry and is slowing things down. **$50** **Shipping:** Add $5 for USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, $10 if you want Priority. All watches will be packed in a box with bubble wrap. **Payment Methods:** Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, CashApp. I will not accept G&S unless you have references. Will use a trusted middleman if necessary and the watch is available for local pickup in Fort Worth if you so desire. **References:** I have 2 sales on WatchExchange, 400+ on PmsForSale, 38 on GAFS, and around 800+ feedback on eBay.
