Hey WatchEx, It is with mixed emotions that I am posting my grail for sale. This is a seemingly unpolished (don’t want to factually state it as never being polished- could have been gone over with a rag at some point but in my opinion it has never seen a polishing wheel) pretty much mint example of a 14060 submariner T serial from 1996 with papers in excellent condition running at around 300 amplitude and within a second per day. It was serviced right before I purchased it last fall. Just a stunning example of a tritium dial 14060, and about as mint as you can ever find one. Not a single scratch on the case, a couple very light minor scratches on the bezel that you can only see in direct light. I love this watch and have babied it. Just have realized it never fulfilled me the way I thought it would, and it’s time to move on and put some cash away as the wife and I are looking to purchase a home soon. I am asking $8500 plus shipping. Willing to work with a trusted buyer on whichever payment method and shipping method works best for them. Obviously I have my own preferences as well and want this to be a smooth safe and comfortable transaction for both parties. Have done a few deals outside of watchEx and a couple on here. I can get references. I am in the Chicagoland area in case anyone can do an in person deal as well.
