Doxa Sub 200 Sharkhunter Black Few watches can nail the vintage diver aesthetic quite like Doxa - their pricier models are essentially unchanged after decades of diving success. The Sub 200 is an excellent value statement, coming in at just under a grand at retail. The sapphire bezel, box sapphire crystal, and Speedy-esque case stylings are a match made in vintage watch heaven. I've had a few of these over the past few years, and each time I handle one, I can't help but be extremely impressed. Smooth finishes, great proportions, and a truly unique case on a very affordable/serious dive watch. The turned lugs and raised bezel are reminiscent of a much nicer Omega, and I love the way the bracelet sits flat between the lugs. These are available in a number of both classic and bold colorways, but I personally think the black/black/gold "Sharkhunter" captures the vintage flair the best.
