[WTS] -Nearly New Smiths Trans-Global with Tuxedo Dial 425USD
This is a fairly new, lightly worn Smiths Trans-Global. This is a Gerald Genta design that was first introduced in 1954. The Smith's version is a modern take with a slightly larger 38mm case. It has a sapphire crystal, screw down crown and caseback, and 100M of water resistance. It has a lug to lug of 46.8mm, a thickness of 12.3mm and a lug spacing of 20mm. With all links, it weighs in at 130 grams. Presently, it is sized to loosely fit my 7.25" wrist. The additional links look to add approx. .75". It's running a Miyota 8039 movement beating at 28,800 bpm. The watch comes in the original Smith's 2 watch travel pouch. I bought the watch to wear to my nephew's recent wedding. It's been carefully worn a handful of other times. There are a couple of very faint scuffs (the iphone pics amplify the scuffs on the clasp), but unless you look closely, it would pass for new. It really is a stunning looking watch. But I keep my watch collection to 3-4 watches and I'm looking for a slightly different look for my one and only dress watch. I'm asking $425 which includes USPS Priority insured shipping. Skip the wait for the occasional Smith's online store openings and the foreign transaction fees and buy this one. Payment by USPS money order or Zelle. Photos and timestamp: [https://imgur.com/a/38z92Ia](https://imgur.com/a/38z92Ia)
