The dial has a textured wave pattern and the bezel is black ceramic with metal numbers and markers that rival Omega's Liquidmetal yet fully polished. The applied indices and tuning fork logo are luminous. Movement is Bulova's HPQ Precisionist NM10 quartz which vibrates at 262kHz and whose sweep is smoother than any mechanical movement and accurate to seconds per year.
