Gallet Marathon Vintage Military Watch

For sale is a very rare vintage Gallet Marathon tritium tube dial military specification quartz pilot's watch from 1989.

Some scratches on the case, the bezel and the crystal but nothing major and super clean example. Keeps excellent time, crown screws down tight and smoothly, and bezel turns with clicks bidirectionally as it should.

The military watch specification MIL-W-46374 was first published in 1964. Revision D to this military specification came in 1986 and included provisions for 3 types, with the first analog quartz being type 3. These MIL-W-46374, Revision D, Type 3 watches were made by companies Hamilton, Stocker & Yale, and the most rare - Marathon/Gallet.
