Up for sale is this watch I just recently purchased pre owned from its original owner. It does not include the box or papers. This watch is currently discontinued only to be found very rarely in the second hand market. This is the 38mm with the GMT function. Case and crystal are perfect condition, while the bracelet does show signs of wear as the pictures show, and is also sized for a 6.5 inch wrist with no spare links. I’m including this fitted FKM rubber strap that color matches perfectly and is all I wore it on for the 2-3 times I did wear it. Just not my style and in no need of a GMT watch either at the moment! Asking $799 shipped👏🏼

Christopher Ward was founded by Chris Ward, Mike France and Peter Ellis on a boat on the river Thames in 2004.

In 2005, Christopher Ward released their first watch which created a whole new model for the watchmaking industry. When influential watch bloggers wrote about their watches on TimeZone, Christopher Ward were being discussed more than Rolex in December 2005.

For the company’s 10th anniversary in 2014, it merged with Swiss manufacturing partners Synergies Horlogères SA to create Christopher Ward London Holdings Ltd. This culminated in the launch of Christopher Ward’s first in-house movement, Calibre SH21, in July 2014. Conceived and designed over the past four years by Christopher Ward’s watchmaker, Johannes Jahnke, the SH21 is entirely Swiss-made by some craftsmen. This release is said to be “probably the most important development by a British watch brand in the past 50 years.”

Christopher Ward London was the only watch company to rank in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100, ranking 77th in 2015.
