Selling a variety of Broken/non-working watches, mostly Vintage, and microbrand watches that work. The vintage watches were supposed to be future projects, but because of events, I need to sell them. The vintage watches do not work and I do not fully know all the problems they have. I urge only Watchmakers or friends of Watchmakers purchase, again these are broken watches. I'll explain what I can but assume these all require a service. The micro brand watches ( Lobinni and Pierre Paulin) do actually work, just selling for space. The case of the watch is in rough condition. The dial is white with a crosshair and has some wear. The service history of the watch is unknown. The watch is currently broken, as the stem of the watch can be easily removed, however the watch does run when winded or shaking the watch. The crystal is heavily scratched and the dial has a fair amount of wear on it. Because of these reasons, the watch must be serviced by a professional watchmaker. The watch has a white dial with gold indices and hands, and has a screw caseback. The watch is currently not working, the crown (original Omega crown) is stiff when trying to wind, seeming like it might break something if you try to wind it harder. The watch seems to run somewhat when the crown is pulled, but not for long. The dial seems to be a redial as it does have an "orange peel" look to it, however the text does look historically accurate. It has a fair bit of lume on the indices and hands of the watch. Also the watch that will come with 2 additional straps as well. This one actually works well, the problem is the winding. Winding feels off, it feels as if it will break and just is not smooth as a manual wind watch should be. I'm not sure if it's broken or not, it might just be the winding for this watch is just not smooth, but it doesn't feel or sound right when winding. Merkur Pierre Paulin 38mm Manual Chronograph Sapphire Panda Watch Pics: https://imgur.com/a/kKTzw4A Timestamp: https://imgur.com/a/tDFWnC2 This is a Merkur 38mm Manual Chronograph that uses the Seagull ST19 (ST1901) movement and has a sapphire crystal. Lume is still pretty strong for a microbrand watch, and this watch will come with an additional strap. Winding feels nice and there is of course an obvious point where you should stop winding when full. This watch does work surprisingly well, however would recommend running it a bit with the chronograph. An issue I had in the past was that this watch, when stored for long periods of time and then used, will stop somewhat randomly. Probably the oils were still for so long, but worked well after some time of use. Seems that Merkur however stopped selling the watch in this color. Now the watch isn't perfect, there is a small dent on the bezel at the 1 o'clock area. Also the Tachymetre has some issues, the 100 being bolded and 65 being labeled 66. No lume but very nicely polished hands and case. Winding is nice and also has a very nice micro rotor that can be seen in the exhibition caseback. The caseback and front crystal are apparently both Sapphire Crystals. The movement is Hangzhou 5000A Micro-Rotor Movement, with 28,800 bph. 8.5mm thin and with a pretty big dial, it can seem a lot bigger than other watches. Have had no issues with this watch at all, though the original strap was lost (this one just comes with the strap it already has). I’m asking for $150 or best offer + Shipping in the US. Paypal G&S.
