No scratches or dings in the case that I could find. Included: Comes with the original box, tags, & warranty card, which still has the majority of it's 2-year warranty (purchased November of 2024). Small note: The the warranty card has multiple handwritings because the AD originally forgot to send the card w/ the watch. They fixed that by sending a partially filled card and asked me to fill out the rest. If you're paranoid, I have email proof of the convo w/ the AD.
