These were reissued by Vacheron Constantin in 1990, and only produced in very small quantities up to about 1996 or so. It is a manual wind men's piece with a 27mm x 33mm wide case (so wears similar to a mid-size Reverso or men's Cartier Tank). Watch is shown on my \~6.75" wrist for reference. The case is in superb condition with almost no signs of wear, and the movement is running perfectly showing 0 seconds per day face up on timegrapher, with no beat error and excellent amplitude. The watch comes with the original platinum Vacheron Constantin buckle, a VC strap with virtually no wear, and box.
