These pieces are from the GDR times of Glashütte behind the iron curtain and are the inspiration for many of the modern GO watches. They do come with a rich independent history at a much smaller price point. I only offer watches that are running. However, I always recommend having the watch serviced before regular use. Watch comes on a black leather strap and an authentic flex bracelet from the GDR that I had replaced. The lugs were soldered onto it, as the springbars back then were known to fail.
