This model was one of first released under the TAG Heuer name in 1985 and was the last of the famous 844 automatic series of models, and therefore the only TAG Heuer signed version.
It was classed as being in the 1000 series, a numbering system that TAG Heuer inherited from Heuer.
Wonderfully proportioned with it’s 42mm case, 44 including the crown.
Tough and high performing 25 jewel ETA 2872 that has just been professionally serviced.
Unmarked crystal and bezel insert.

Original Swiss rubber tropic with INOX buckle
There are small scratches and marks on the case but no major dings or dents.
It still shows the original top brushing so I don't believe it has ever been polished.
