The dial and handset are the stars of the show, made from thermally colored brass. The stainless steel bezel is also thermally colored to accentuate the dial border. Schaumburg Watch Co. chose the "Newton P092" caliber movement to drive the watch, a movement released in 2020 by the Swiss manufacturer Soprod. The 23-jewel movement sports a full-balance bridge, coupled with a double-cone Incabloc shock absorber, providing increased protection for the balance. Note: The upper case looks bronze in the main photo, but only because of the soft lighting I used. The case-back and side photos clearly show the watch case is silver, stainless steel. The lug-to-lug dimension is 48 mm and the lugs turn downward quite nicely, but I wasn't sure how the watch would fit. After one evening on the wrist, I discovered it wears a little too large for my liking. Although it's good to stray outside of one's comfort zone, I prefer more compact watches, so I hope this "Unique" watch finds a happy home.
