L'annuncio è in Inglese. Traducilo in italiano?
FS is this 1990’s Torneau / Orfina reference 712451 manual wind chronograph.
This watch runs the Lemania calibre 1873 movement.
A bit of additional research led me to update this post to add that this watch was produced by Orfina for Torneau.
The watch is running and keeping time well. The chronograph functions as it should and the sweep hand resets to 12.
Service history unknown.
The watch case is another story…
Some sausage fingered, overzealous self appointed watchmaker put a deep gouge into the case at 9.
The gouge is so deep (1-2mm) that at first I thought the case was cracked. After inspecting the area under high magnification I can verify it is a gouge and not a crack.
Still for the love of Pete, whoever did this has no business owning, or even touching tools.
Sorry, I digress…
On to the specs:
Case width 36mm
Lug width 18mm
Bracelet is unbranded but appears to be original.
Sized to my 7.25” wrist with clasp micro adjust expansion of another .25”
No additional links available.
Torneau also made this watch reference in black pvd coating with a black dial. Similar in appearance to the much sought after Orfina chronograph made popular by Tom “laser beams shooting out his eyes” Cruise.
I actually think this bluish-gray dial is cooler as it looks gray in some light and bluish gray in other light, but then laser beams don’t shoot out of my eyes and Oprah has refused my requests to appear on her show and jump on her sofa, so who am I to say.
Considering the gouge at 9, I am pricing this watch at a conservative $1250 shipped CONUS.
No box, no papers.

For decades the New York City established watch retailer Tourneau has dominated the United States market. They even set the world record by opening the largest single watch store on earth, twice in under 10 years. But watch retailing under the Tourneau banner alone wasn't enough, so the...
