Grand Seiko SBGX293

This is a now discontinued model that was a Japanese Domestic Market release. It is equipped with Japanese high-accuracy quartz movement 9F61 caliber. +/- 10 seconds per year. 3-year battery life. Stainless steel case and 3-link bracelet sized for a 7" wrist with additional links included. Case dimensions are 38.8 mm. in diameter and 10.7 mm in thickness. The lug width is 19mm, and the lug-to-lug vertical measurement is 46mm. Additionally, the watch has an overall excellent weight and density for a HAQ 9F; however, it remains incredibly comfortable and well-balanced on the wrist. The dial is a beautiful matte black with an applied "GS" logo and excellent red text on the dial's lower portion, creating a subtle pop of color: a perfectly balanced, symmetrical, time-only, three-handed watch. The second-hand hits each marker perfectly around the dial. Notice the full length of the hour, minute, and second hands. They extend to the outer dial markers. The handsets have been shortened on the new versions of the anti-magnetic watches (SBGX341, 343). It's a subtle change, but it isn't very pleasant once you see it. This timepiece has sapphire, antireflection coating glass. Stainless steel band, band color: silver. 100 m. water resistance. Solid, screw-in case back with the Grand Seiko lion emblem. The watch is from the Grand Seiko Sport collection. The following features are equipped: antimagnetic, screw-down crown, glowing hands, and glowing markers at 12, 3, 6, and 9. The condition of the watch is excellent and shows very minor signs of wear. Most notably, there was a very small scuff on the polished bezel just above noon and a microscopic flea bite-sized mark between 4 and 5 o'clock on the polished bezel. The bracelet clasp area has a minor scuff near the "GS" logo. The bracelet has very little wear and is extremely clean overall. I am unsure if/when the battery was replaced—the watch dates from December 2019. Please see the photos and feel free to ask any questions.
