The dial is black embossed with the traditional Japanese six petal flower pattern alongside 18K gold numerals. It is mesmerizing to look at and I have paired it with striking gold hands. The dial is contained in a 39mm PVD plated case with a gold rotor on the exhibition caseback and a sleek black leather strap. **Specs** Case Size: 39mm PVD Black plated watch case with an open caseback. Dial: Custom 18K gold plated Asanoha dial Movement: NH38 Seiko GMT Movement w/ 41+ hour power reserve, hacking, 24 Jewels. I chose the NH38 over the more popular (and cheaper) NH35 to remove the phantom date wheel.
